Omega 3 and 6 Fatty Acids
Both omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids like organic conjugated linoiec acid (CLA) are known for reducing soreness after a tough workout. They are considered essential fatty acids since the body is not capable of producing them on its own. Make sure to include the best omega-3 and 6 foods into your diet by consuming foods like fish, sea vegetables or algae, flaxseed, walnuts, and grass-fed meat. Try to avoid processed foods that claim to contain these two fatty acids as their efficacy tend to be inferior than that of whole, real foods sources.
