Although we cover “pro solutions” and premium male enhancement pills in another review, today we thought we’d look at their cheaper, subtle, more realistic per-use natural male enhancement alternatives (that work).
If you’ve ever wondered whether you can make your penis bigger, the short answer is yes, but we’re not talking inches because that’s simply not possible with any pill.
Many supplements on the market increase blood flow to the penis and make it harder –even a little bigger– on a per-use basis.
There is no such thing as a magic “dick pill”, so let me set this expectation right now; most penis pills are a scam because they are plagued with false claims, Photoshopped photos, deceptive marketing, are over-priced, and they cater to the fear every man has buried deep within his trousers.
So before I begin this penis enlargement pill review I’d to set the right expectation to prevent any loss of integrity on my part, because reviewing penis pills in any serious fashion can be suicide for a professional reviewer. If your penis has more blood in it than usual, it’s going to be a an improvement your partner will notice.
If you pick up any premium penis enlargement supplement and read the label, you’re sure to find these ingredients.
Are Penis Enlargement Pills a Scam?
When it comes to natural male enhancement, it’s all in the lingo. Penis enlargement pills are probably a scam. However, male enhancement through the use of pills is possible.
Many in the scientific community are so tired of this subject they discount all age-old wisdom of natural herbs and the like as false because it isn’t supported by the same lab coats that get their Big Pharma funding and perks (their peers). The money doesn’t flow in this direction, it flows toward patents.
Verdict: A penis enlargement pill scam makes claims that are outside reality. Unless real stem-cells are involved, no pill you take is going to add 2 inches to your penis in this decade. This is why it’s important to have the right expectations when experimenting with penis enhancement supplementation.
Are Penis Enlargement Pills Safe?
Well, that depends. If you follow the appropriate dosage suggestions on the label of each of these over the counter penis pills and male enhancement supplements, you will likely encounter little or no side effects. If you take zinc on an empty stomach for instance, you’ll likely want to throw up. If you take too many oil soluable vitamins, they can also cause toxicity. Vitamins still pose a risk, but at least you know what’s in them. Proprietary male enhancement supplements probably pose a greater risk to your health.
Do Natural Penis Pills Work?
Natural ingredients such as Saw Palmetto berries, choline found in broccoli, specific amino acids, and the like can all enhance your penis naturally. They all have their own job to do, like:
- Increase blood flow to the penis
- Increase testosterone levels
- Reduce prostate size to improve circulation and sexual function
- Promote creation of growth hormone (HGH)
- Reduce estrogen levels, and more
I have personally tested each and every one of these natural male enhancement supplements over the years, and I use many penis pill ingredients in my diet on a daily basis.
And when I do, I don’t suddenly turn into the Incredible Hulk.
Instead, I last longer in bed, I get harder erections, I get erections more frequently, and my body produces more semen. It is possible to supplement your diet to increase the pleasure you and your partner get from sex. And the effects of penis enhancement supplements stretch far beyond the bedroom.
That’s why this review focuses on foods which contain the natural ingredients inside penis pills and not on proprietary formulas. In most cases I simply picked up a premium male health supplement, read the label, and researched the ingredients myself. The brands mentioned are just a suggestion based on Amazon verified-buyer reviews for social proof.
Caffeine aids in increasing the amount of blood flow to your penis by relaxing the muscles and arteries within it. And according to a scientific study by the University of Texas Health Science Center, 42% of men who drink 2 – 3 cups of coffee each day are less likely to report occurrences of erectile dysfunction.
There are a number of useful herbs that can independently provide sexual health benefits and help you last longer in bed;
- Ginkgo biloba and panax ginseng are renowned for the positive effect they have on sexual function due to their ability to stimulate arousal, enhance circulation, and help produce nitric oxide.
- Yohimbe contains yohimbine hydrochloride which is an ingredient found in prescription drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction, however due to its potency and possible drug interactions, it is suggested that you speak to your doctor before taking it.
- Maca has been shown to boost sexual desire in men, however further studies are needed to fully understand how it works.
The following spices have all been independently reported to boost sexual drive and performance in both men and women; saffron, fenugreek, fennel, cloves, garlic, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cayenne, cinnamon, and basil. In many places you can get spices as herbal supplements, making it easier to include them in your daily regimen.
Zinc is an alpha male’s favorite aphrodisiac —nature’s sex candy. Zinc spices up your libido and prolongs sexual intercourse by increasing circulation and the amount of testosterone your body produces, along with a whole bunch of other benefits (like preventing hair loss).
Be mindful of zinc toxicity; don’t consume more than 40 mg per day, and never take it on an empty stomach or you’ll probably feel like vomitting. A balanced diet for a man will contain around 11 mg of zinc daily, as your body has no way to produce or store it.
How to get it: Quality sources of zinc include pumpkin seeds, oysters, shell fish, pork, beef, lamb, or legumes, nuts, whole grains, and yeast.
5. Vitamin D
Vitamin D is linked to hormone levels, blood pressure, bone health, immunity, brain function, and it prevents both cancer and heart disease. But for the sake of this explanation; Vitamin D is a key ingredient your body needs to make testosterone and achieve a full, uninhibited muff marauder (read: larger erection than usual).
This study published back in 2014 by the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that levels of Vitamin D were dramatically lower in cases of severe erectile dysfunction, than other test subjects with mild erectile dysfunction.
How to get it: Don’t mess around with this one; you could eat Vitamin D enriched foods, but a key reason people are still deficient in Vitamin D (in a world where everything is enriched with it) boils down to how it is consumed and supplemented.
Oil Soluble Vitamins and Vitamin D Supplementation
Vitamin D is oil soluble, meaning that the only way the body can absorb it is with healthy oils; think omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil, flax seed oil, and extra-virgin olive oil. The higher the EPA and DHA, the clearer and more snappy your brain function will be, too.
Oil soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A, D, E, and K can be dangerous if you take too much for too long because they build up in your system, so cycle them out periodically. This is different from say, Vitamin C or Vitamin B which you just urinate out if you take too much.
How much to take: Based on new research from the University of Toronto, the general rule with Vitamin D is to take 35 international units (IU) per pound of body weight per day. So if you weigh 170 pounds, you’d be taking about 6,000 IU.
6. L-Arginine Amino Acid aka Herbal Viagra Alternative
Put simply; Without nitric oxide, there is no erection. L-arginine is vital in the production of nitric oxide. A little more nitric oxide, and you’ll get a harder, thicker erection. L-arginine also does a whole laundry list of other notable things to the body, like trigger hormones that also make sex magic.
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is one of those hormones. In addition to boosting libido and sexual performance, HGH is responsible for regulating your mood, memory, vision, hearing, energy levels, immunity, weight control, muscle tone, and heaps of other benefits.
How to get it: You can get l-arginine in nuts, seeds, oats, corn, cereals, brown rice, meat, chicken, and chocolate –but it would take more than you could consume to get the recommended amount we’re talking about. For l-arginine, we recommend supplementing.
Like l-arginine, choline is vital to creating erections. Paired with Vitamin B5, choline sets off the unique chain reaction that leads to more responsive erections. No choline, no coitus –so consume choline-rich foods regularly.
How to get it: Eggs and liver are particularly rich in choline, and other quality sources include kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, peanuts, wheat, and shell fish.
Anthocyanins commonly found in pomegranite play a vital role in sustaining the longevity of your hardware and making your male anatomy tough enough to take a licking and keep on ticking, well into your 80’s.
Free-radicals rob your penis of boner-making nitric oxide levels which are mandatory to have an erection. Anthocyanins are ultra powerful antioxidants that seek and destroy free-radicals so the nitric oxide in your penis can keep on keepin’ on.
How to get it: Anthocyanins are abundantly found in dark fruits including pomegranate, cherries, blackberries, and elderberries; however seasonal availability and geography might make getting your hands on these fruits a challenge.
9. Saw Palmetto
How to get it: Saw palmetto is typically taken as a supplement, as it doesn’t taste too good in its original berry form.
How much to take: The suggested dose for saw palmetto is 320 mg per day, divided into 2 – 3 doses.
Astaxanthin is one of the most potent antioxidants of 700 carotenoids discovered in nature to date; it is 65x stronger than Vitamin C, 54x stronger than beta-carotene, and 14x greater than Vitamin E.
The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition published a scientific study in 2009 which demonstrated that a synergy of Saw Palmetto and Astaxanthin increased testosterone production while decreasing estrogen and DHT in the body.
How to get it: Pacific sockeye salmon, red trout, lobster, shrimp, crabs, and krill are all quality sources of astaxanthin, however most people would probably opt for supplementation.
How much to take: 6 mg to 8 mg is the suggested daily dose for astaxanthin.
Yes, I’ve been a little more irreverent for this post, but let’s be honest; this topic is a little hard to swallow without a touch of humour, no? Oh, the puns. (You won’t see puns like these on Natural News, that’s for sure).
This list is just the tip of penis nutrition. Additional nutritional ingredients that bring more weight to your trouser ferret include; tongkat ali which is a natural testosterone booster, niacin, creatine, cordyceps mushroom, and methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM).
Incorporating all of these penis-friendly natural health supplements into a sustainable regiment would be difficult, and that’s why I personally prefer to toss a few of these herbs, spices, and vegetables into my diet on a daily basis.
